Billing Information

ItemGrid is free to install. There are no charges applied through Shopify. All subscription billing is managed directly by Bowman Ventures LLC through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. You manage your plan and payment method on the ItemGrid platform itself.

How Billing Works

  • No Shopify charges: ItemGrid does not use the Shopify Billing API. You will not see ItemGrid charges on your Shopify invoice.
  • Billed by Stripe: Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly by Bowman Ventures LLC via Stripe. You will receive a Stripe receipt to your account email each billing cycle.
  • Per-user pricing: The Pro plan is billed based on the number of active users in your organization. Adding team members increases your monthly charge; removing them reduces future charges.
  • Cancel anytime: You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from within the Billing section of ItemGrid. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no penalties or fees.
  • Payment methods: Stripe accepts all major credit and debit cards. You can update your payment method at any time through the ItemGrid Billing Portal.
  • Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you have a billing issue, contact us at billing@itemgrid.com.

How to Subscribe to Pro

  1. Create a free ItemGrid account at itemgrid.com/register or sign in at itemgrid.com/login.
  2. From your dashboard, go to Billing in the left sidebar (visible to Organization Owners only).
  3. Click Upgrade to Pro and enter your payment details via Stripe's secure checkout.
  4. Once payment is confirmed, your organization is immediately upgraded and your team can access all Pro features.

Managing Your Subscription

Organization Owners can manage their subscription — including updating payment methods, viewing invoices, and canceling — through the Billing Portal in ItemGrid settings. The Billing Portal is powered by Stripe and opens in a secure Stripe-hosted page.
